Q: How do I personalise my socks?
A: Simply enter your wording, date, or message in the personalisation box on the product page. You can also choose your vinyl colour before adding to cart.

Q: What if I forget to add my personalisation?
A: No worries — we’ll contact you to confirm before making your order. Please note we can’t start production until we have your details.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Each pair is made to order. Production usually takes 1 business day, and shipping times vary by location. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately due to recent changes in law, we are unable to ship worldwide right now. Shipping is available within England, Scotland and Wales. We hope to be able to ship to the USA again really soon.

Q: How should I wash my personalised socks?
A: All socks are machine washable at 30°C. Please do not tumble dry, as this may affect the vinyl design.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because these socks are personalised, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a fault with the product. If you have an issue, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.

Q: Can I bulk order for weddings or events?
A: Absolutely! We can create larger batches for weddings, parties, or corporate gifts. Just send us a message to discuss your ideas.
